The World Poetry International Festival is bringing together international poets and local multicultural poetry groups. There will be a First Nations welcome, dignitaries, music and a proposed Gala on Sunday night. Each selected international poet will present their poetry, launch a book, or read a paper. An International Peace prize will be presented. Local poetry and writers groups are also presenting.
